Fall Festival

Saturday was our annual fall festival in our neighborhood. We got there the requisite 5 minutes early to let our kids enjoy the bouncy before the other 100 kids got there. They also rode the horse and the donkey cart. Adam really was there with us - wearing his first shoes and walking around in the street like he owned the place. Everyone ate candy for dinner and went to bed late, but it all worked out. It is only once a year..........

Pumpkins

Today was the day for our annual trip to the Pumpkin Patch. Turns out it was everyone in St. Louis's day for the Pumpkin patch too! The weather was beautiful, but it was very crowded. Layla road her first horse and loved it.
Hannah is an old pro.

Adam decided to boycot his afternoon nap today, so he was a bit cranky for the event. We did well though and are happy we got to go today.
The girls picked out their own pumpkins and then we hustled the heck out of there.
We did pick up giant suckers on the way out to make up for not standing in line for an hour to ride the train. Suckers make everything better.

Weekend away

First things first - my little man is walking! He is about 50/50 right now since crawling is still faster, but he is doing great. He has great control and looks so cute walking around. We took our crew to Chicago for the weekend to visit Aunt Beth, Uncle Mark and Abbey. The kids did great! They were so good in the car even though they did not sleep. They were very good all weekend and were happy to be home yesterday. We won't get all the kids together until summer when we will officially be outnumbered.

Charlie made himself right at home on Hannah's "bed". The girls had so much fun playing together. They have a piano so you can imagine all the music we got to hear this weekend.
Kissing cousins.

We took everyone to bouncy on Sunday morning. Adam had a good time climbing in the toddler area. He loves diving off things. Happy girls. I had to bribe them to keep quiet while the adult tried to eat.

Everyone smile.
How many toddlers can you fit in your tub?

Adam and Uncle Mark chillin before bed.
Peek. This sweatshirt was hours of ride home entertainment.
