It was busy! The girls had fun visiting with their uncle, aunt and cousin. They will miss them here in these months before we can travel with baby brother. As soon as we can - we will get together again.
Abbey loved our playroom. What's not to love? It is a carpeted room with a little door that opens and closes, lots of stuff to climb, stuffed animals galore, and tons of toys. She was equally pleased to discover we have not one, but two of these rooms! We also have ride on toys which she has been deprived from and loved! She made it home with one so her aunt Miss has rectified the situation.Ever try getting a good picture of 2 one year olds? We tried and tried and this is the best we got. The girls are still on different sleep schedules so during the day - one of them was usually sleeping or getting ready to sleep or eating or gettting changed. Thank God we didn't have twins.
Our professional shoot didn't come out very well either. Layla just didn't want to get her picture taken at all. We think she was having a melt down over some fruit snacks (obviously very important fruit snacks). Oh well - next time! See how happy she is normally?
It was easier than I anticipated and we can't wait to see them again. A new baby should make it more interesting and maybe we will throw in my brothers dog for fun too!
